The staff was helpful and very polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was reliable. My car was safe in their lot. It was a overall a great stay and would do this again when traveling in and out of Fort Lauderdale.

Hotel elevator was broken we were on the 5th floor and we had people banging on our door at 3am. We waited 1.5 hrs for the shuttle. We called the hotel 3 times to find out where the shuttle Was.

The room was ready on time and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for Port Everglades and the airport. It was also five minutes from our favorite restaurant. Hotel staff was great. They just need to speak to the vendor they contract with for pick up shuttles- Blue Star. Drop off at Port was fine because the Shuttle is there at the hotel. This is the second time we had to wait over an hour in the hot sun for pick up at port. Second time. We were actually the only passengers left waiting. Then, when we finally do get picked up, we weren't told we would be going to the airport first to drop off other customers. There's no communication.We have two more upcoming reservations. We'll be taking a taxi back. Whatever the cost,it's better than waiting an hour...

Not as good as other FLL options. Their airport van stops service at 11pm, parking is not coveted. Will not choose Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport - Dania Beach again.

Hotel was clean and no issues with the room but the front desk staff were not friendly at all and it almost appeared as if we were a burden to them for checking in. They did not provide any info to us and when I asked questions, it seemed as if it was a hassle to answer them for me. Bar staff was friendly
