It was great to drive the 3 hours to Ft Lauderdale, valet park our car, and not worry about it for the next 14 days, on our cruise! And, Instead of taking the hotel shuttle at $20/person, we simply got up, ate breakfast, then called an Uber ($14 +tip)! So much easier, and nicer! When we returned, we again called Uber, fast, easy ride back to hotel, collected our car, and off!

Shuttle was great leaving at the scheduled time once per hour. Getting picked up though on the return was a 45 minute wait and unacceptable. Instructions were to call the hotel upon return. The calls would be disconnected when you called the front desk as they would not speak with you and the option to connect to a driver directly went straight to voicemail. I'd never stay there again.

The hotel was basic and the room was small. But more importantly, it is close to the airport and the shuttle service was reliable to and from. ps. I was not there for breakfast.

Nice hotel, close to airport! Very nice & helpful staff! Easy website to book! Covered Parking garage which was great to leave our car & we avoided the car being flooded as it was high enough & protected! Shuttle waited for us & was great too!

hotel was very clean, the staff was fun and friendly (the valet gentlemen was not rude but certainly not as friendly as the front desk staff), breakfast was fresh and plentiful Only challenge was finding the hotel valet area, I am not sure the address provided was correct to get to the correct spot of the hotel - we did find it but is was a little challenging

Did not like surrounding area. Hard to find and had construction next to it. Requested a wake up call that I never got which caused me to frantically race for an international flight.

We were to be picked up from the airport. We called three times and each time we were told that someone was coming. We waited more than 45 minutes to have someone pick us up from the airport to bring us to our car at the hotel. This was the worst service we’ve ever had. We would never return to this hotel or use that parking facility.

Wonderful staff all around from check in, valet parking, to airport shuttle to and from airport. Restaurant across the street recommended by staff was yummy. Room clean and beds comfy. Will stay here again.
